Good article, although Wittgenstein's later work was not just known after his death. Combined with Godel's theorem of incompleteness, which eviscerated Russell and Whitehead's "Prinicipia," Wittgenstein left logical positivism so discredited Russell became an anti-nukes activist and Whitehead's "Process and Reality" became the darling of process theologians (irony of ironies). L.P. was gone long before "PI" was published.
