What's A Meta For?

Before I get to the final of our three aviation milestones, I thought perhaps I should make a smidge more explicit the theme (beyond, you know, flying).  

Failure is not only an option, it's pretty much the only way to progress.  Now, we can try to mitigate failure by keeping things simple, but stuff goes wrong, even with the fixes sometimes.  So we learn and build upon the lessons, or we don't get off the ground, let alone to the Moon or Mars or beyond.

That goes for flying and any worthwhile human endeavor...
