...is the blast-off.  I always take a blast before I take off.  Otherwise I wouldn't go near that thing.

I've been wanting to relive the Sixties in several ways; this is a start... now if I can only manage to recapture the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll. I just hope the new “excretement collecting facility” [sic] works properly! IIRC, Mir had some problems in that department once, and I even wrote some doggerel about it.

It's great to have another spacefaring nation. That way, when America needs to place someone in orbit, there is one other country he or she can bum a ride from...
