There are too many Amendments these days. Please eliminate three.

I am NOT a crackpot:

[O]ne of the hosts says he would like to see an amendment that would void all the amendments after the Tenth.
"That would eliminate many problems," Moore replied. "You know people don't understand how some of these amendments have completely tried to wreck the form of government that our forefathers intended."
Moore cited the 17th Amendment, which calls for the direct election of senators by voters rather than state legislatures, as one he particularly found troublesome.

Sure, dump the 11th and 12th, but not the 17th!

Where do they teach the Constitution these days? I read one article on this pointing out Moore wants to repeal the 14th particularly, the one that has do with slavery. Actually, the 13th outlawed slavery; the 14th extended due process and equal protection to all persons (as well as enshrined birthright citizenship), to keep their states from pulling their shenanigans (Moore wants specifically to undo the incorporation doctrine, which would surprise a lot of NRA members, among others). But yeah, Roy wants to undo that as well as the ban on slavery, giving women the vote, repeal direct election of Senators (Irony!), move the date of the Presidential Inauguration back to March (I think that's what it was originally), and lots of other loose and stupid stuff.

There's a reason his law professor allegedly called him "Fruit Salad."

It's been a while since I saw such a good argument against an elected judiciary. I knew he was nuts but I didn't know how totally insane he is. Between that and what got him banned from the Y and malls, he's a good argument for involuntary commitment, too.
