Explain to her it's still Christmas until January 6th. And that she should expect presents then, too!

What?

Yes, I've told them all about Epiphany, what the 12 Days means, etc. She was just being a snot since, ironically, she was watching YouTubes of Elf on the Shelf pranks. The heathen.

According to Gary Sredzienski of WUNH's Polka Party, the Christmas season in Poland lasts till February 2. Though I think I'd have gotten tired of the Christmas movies before then.

I'd try The Mystery Project, instead,

They're pretty family friendly, though I don't remember how old she is now. You don't have to look at the screen to see them. Good for the imagination.

I celebrate the season from October 1 to February 2. That allows for The Great Pumpkin through Home for the Holidays through When Harry Met Sally through Groundhog Day (and all the variants in between). My ecclesiastical calendar is based on movies.

Eh. Tell her I have an Elvis on the shelf. True story. Sideburns. Sunglasses. He keeps Yule cool!
