210 Years And Still Kicking
Judicial review was not, actually, born with Marbury, but the ruling sure did cement the weakest branch's role in American constitutional law. Let's not forget the Executive and Legislative, though.
So...will Scalia's opinion in upcoming rulings on marriage equality, money is campaigns, and voting rights be so long remembered and revered (or reviled)? History will, uh...be the judge, I guess. Glad I'll be dead 210 years from now.
