Speaking Of Constitutional Illiteracy


“If the majority’s going to write the rules here, it becomes the House of Representatives,” Levin said.

Um, Senator, actually, I'm fairly certain the House will still have lower age and residency requirements, 2-year terms, and proportional representation.  What's more, it will have sole power to impeach and originate revenue bills, yet will not be able to try impeachments, nor approve presidential nominees or treaties. You know, as the Constitution provides.

To be fair, the Senate *is* way cooler than the House.
