Filibuster? I Hardly Know 'er!

Apropos of this, we watched Mr Smith Goes To Washington last night.  Ericka had never seen it, so we'd borrowed the DVD from our local liebebby the previous weekend and finally got around to it.

I love filibusters.  And I support this moderate reform.
