Former presidential rival John McCain expressed disappointment on Friday that President Barack Obama has not negotiated with Republicans over a huge economic stimulus plan and said he is working on an alternative package.

He has negotiated.  Took out some stuff you stomped your petulant loser feet about, put in some tax cuts, and graciously consulted with your caucus multiple times. 

But Obama doesn't have to: he and his party won.  Oh, and he's extremely popular.  That's what a decisive mandate looks like, you whiny fucks.
