For 5 1/2 Years, McCain Had Public Financing

Poor Grampy, upset that the rules he worked so hard with that socialist fucker across the aisle to produce so he could brag about it in debates allow Obama to opt out of public financing. 

It's almost like those quaint Geneva Conventions that the US conveniently ignores in prosecuting our BGWOVETNEITWCA (Bogus War On Violent Extremism That Nobody Else In The World Cares About), 'cept that McCain-Feingold gives candidates an option to bail on the system.  Must really rankle that Obama can raise money from fellow prisoners...er, regular Americans such as yourself when Senator POW! can barely get 500 bucks per paper plate of franks and beans.
