Crap
Democrat Dennis Kucinich is abandoning his second, long-shot bid for the White House as he faces a tough fight to hold onto his other job — U.S. congressman.
In an interview with Cleveland's Plain Dealer, the six-term House member said he was quitting the race and would make a formal announcement on Friday.
"I will be announcing that I'm transiting out of the presidential campaign," Kucinich said. "I'm making that announcement tomorrow about a new direction."
Kucinich has received little support in his presidential bid; he got 1 percent of the vote in the New Hampshire primary and was shut out in the Iowa caucuses although he has a devoted following.
Well, he made it on to the ballot in VT, so I'm still voting for him. Wish he'd been able to stay in longer, but I understand he's got a tough race in his district that's got to take precedence over his quixotic run for the WH.

he can't even get coverage for dropping out. meanwhile, loser giuliani is the #1 hot topic pic on cnn's politics web page.

Bogus. Just when I was starting to hunker down in front of my mac and really check out the candidate.

Sad that we have so few elected officials willing to speak the truth and do the job they are elected to do. Kucinich is one of the few, and he is labeled by the MSM as wacky. Wacky equates with honesty when game playing and obfuscation is all. When will we get better than the average sweet-talker, and more plain-talkers?
