Well, if THAT doesn't say it all "Institute OF Peace"...not "FOR" peace... I guess it will be a calming place with thickly padded, plush carpeting, lots of upholstered walls and everyone talks in hushed tones while Enya plays softly in the background w/the gentle tinkling of windchimes...?

For the record, the Institute of Peace is located directly across 23rd St. from the State Department.
