Not content with skullfucking habeas or the 4th amendment, the Senate takes time out from debating silly things like the Iraq war and skullfucks the 1st amendment as well:

To express the sense of the Senate that General David H. Petraeus, Commanding General, Multi-National Force-Iraq, deserves the full support of the Senate and strongly condemn personal attacks on the honor and integrity of General Petraeus and all members of the United States Armed Forces.

Gee, thanks Pat for being so steadfast in your support of the Constitution.  You vote for this piece of shit the same day you tell me how dedicated you are to restoring habeas and standing up for our rights even in a time of war?  Guess I need to order another spine just for you.
