Up, Down, Turnaround

The only poll worth paying attention to™:

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of American adults Approve of the way that George W. Bush is performing his duties as President. That’s just two points above the lowest level ever measured by Rasmussen Reports. Sixty percent (60%) Disapprove of the President’s performance.

These figures include 17% who Strongly Approve and 45% who Strongly Disapprove The President earns approval from 35% of government employees, 34% of private sector workers, and 46% of those who are entrepreneurs.

I'm puzzled by the lack of Broder Bounce.

The survey found only 35 percent approve of how Congress is handling its job, down 5 percentage points in a month. That gives lawmakers the same bleak approval rating as Bush, who has been mired at about that level since last fall, including his dip to a record low for the AP-Ipsos poll of 32 percent last January.
