Pout
Gavin M over at Sadly, No! decided that he'd finally had it with the purplish hue of my sidebar picture:
So he corrected it:

Oh, wait, this is the one:

There's just no pleasing some people.

I'm tired of SadlyNo's pages taking five minutes to load!

Just so's everybody knows, Gavin did NOT try to turn me into Hitler. He just did the color correction. But I couldn't let that stand on its own. No, indeed I could not.

You're much too fairskinned to wear a purple lipgloss. You need a more neutral tone.

I liked the purple hue. It matched the background colors of your blog.
And it's so Spring-y.

I like the middle one best. What an adorable little demon.
And I, too, miss Sadly No. I can't even get the page to open after 5 minutes, much less get to the comments. Sigh.

I'd bet 50 dollars and a box of doughnuts that they're still experiencing DDoS attacks...

Another vote for the original hue. I have extreme cool tones in my skin, so it looked fine to me.

I liked the original, too. It was kind of artsy, but in a good way. I thought it was intentional.

The old one actually had the purplish hue because the original, ancient photo itself had screwy colors due to age (it was also rather cracked). I left it that way because it did fit with the design scheme. However, change is good and it certainly leaps out more with natural tones!

You were one cute little do0d, purplish or not.
p.s. you should add "hungry" to your list of adjectives under the pic.

I just realized that I commented on a year-old blog post. Oh, well.

Heh, but they show up on the sidebar!
