Doctor Rice

Rest, ice, compression, elevation.  It really works miracles.  My ankle swelling has been reduced by 50%, it's significantly less painful and while I won't be going to open volleyball on Monday, I'm rather optimistic that if I continue to be nice, er...rice to it, I'll be able to play our match Wednesday (wrapped, of course).

I am glad that your ankle is less swollen. I will continue to recommend the Dr.Doctor; mainly because I once broke my leg falling off a waterfall, I kept it iced and elevated..went on with my life for 5 years when they discovered the break in an exray for a broken foot. The ER doc, then offered to rebreak my badly set leg. Errr nope.
