Morning At The Fortress
Of course the Dogz were up at the crack of dawn. Thus, I was too. They just left after a brief stint at home for their morning cookie--tigre's trying to sleep in. It's chilly so I'm enjoying a fire and waiting for my coffee to brew whilst watching the sun come up...

Loons in the Mist!
As I was posting this, two more loons have arrived for the confab. I'll see if I can get more pics later, including maybe closeups of the immature loon--our chick survived through August, which means s/he'll be counted in the population survey!
