Another day, another sub-40 approval in the only poll worth paying attention to™:

President Bush's Job Approval inched up another ppoint today to 39%. After his approval rating was consistently above 40% for most of the last two months, it has been under this mark for the past five days.

Odd that it's up before noon when most of the week the numbers haven't been posted on time at all.  And no mention of the strongly approve/disapprove breakdown, so it's got to be ugly.
