Where Are You?
As I noted, I'm going to be in the LA area for the next several days. Not sure what my schedule looks like, 'cept that I start teaching Tuesday in Monterey Park, then Thursday I move to Anaheim. I need to see how much work I can get done on the plane this evenining, but I would love to grab a coffee or drink with anybody nearby.
I know I've gotten some e-mails and comments from various people, but I haven't been able to compile everything. So if you're interested in getting together, please sign in here.
It would be sweet if we can hook up, though no promises that I'll have time or energy to confab. Such is my life on the road.

A funny thing happened on the way to LA... My mom called and suggested I come out for the weekend, if I can get the girls' godparents to take them for the 16th through 18th, for my father's birthday and father's day. My brother will be there from Paris and sister from Mammoth Lakes. Nothing is certain yet, but if I'm out there, I'll be about 15 minutes from Disneyland...

Well, now that's stretching it as those places are farther south than Los Angeles Int'l Airport.

Yes, Mr. emma and I were one of the emails. We're in Orange Co., if your time in Anaheim opens up, reply to the email. We're always good for coffee or drinks. We won't bring the cat.

Rats! While you are in our neck of the woods, we'll be galavanting.
Enjoy the June gloom while it lasts, NTodd, it's not been too hot, mornings in the 70s, highs in the 80s. No gloom, high 90s and up. To me, Anaheim is just freeways, warehouse lots, and Disneyland. I'm sure there's a town in there somewhere.
