I have MP3 audio of these speeches, in full:
- I Have A Dream - MLK
- Beyond Vietnam - MLK
- Restoring the Rule of Law - Gore
Lemme know if you'd like to hear any of them in their entirety.

Thanks NTodd. I kept tearing up. President Gore is wonderful.
I can't seem to get Cspan to give me Gore's speech. I've heard sound bites from Crooks and Liars, but not the whole thing.
What would it take to get the entire thing from you?

I'm uploading the full Gore speech now and will post an update with a link shortly!

ellroon, I had to launch RealPlayer 10 manually and set an option to let it handle the protocol called rtsp: before I could view c-span's version of the speech. A lot seems to depend on what protocols and file types you set RealPlayer to handle when you installed it. The rtsp: protocol wasn't associated with any application on my computer. After I set that option in RealPlayer, the video displayed with no additional problems.
If you don't already have RealPlayer installed, be aware that the installation defaults to pointing the whole friggin' world of file types and protocols to RealPlayer, including (annoyingly) .mov files and .mp3 files. IMHO, one is better off not accepting those defaults.
Best of all, just wait for NTodd's version...
(Damn TypePad comments anyway; I keep getting timeouts. Apologies if this multiple-posts...)

ellroon - how can Gore still be President if he certainly did not run for "re" election?

Gee, Charlie, I don't know. What happens to someone who was duly elected but prevented from serving by an intrusive court filled with activist judges?

And thank you, NTodd for Gore's speech. It is so strangely refreshing to hear an intelligent politician speak the truth.
