Or not.  Anyway, the Economist has an article: The wrong side of the mountains - In exile, Tibetans worry about life after the Dalai Lama.  I guess this is the new trendy thing to worry about--I blogged a Times article not too long ago.  Quite frankly, I just don't understand why the Slopes don't just celebrate Xmas like the rest of us:

On Christmas day I travel `round the world and say,
Taoists, Krishnas, Buddhists, and all you atheists too,
