Wednesday Rasmussenblogging

The only poll worth paying attention to™ tells us today that Bush is wildly popular:

Forty-six percent (46%) of American adults approve of the way George W. Bush is performing his role as President. Fifty-three percent (53%) of Americans Disapprove of the President's performance.

Quite frankly I find it hard to believe given that Rasmussen has consistently been higher by at least 5 points than every other major poll and as much as 10 points.  But hey, congrats to Bush on being approved of by almost a bit less than half the country.

Hey, do you see those numbers immediately following Thanksgiving? It must be true - triptapine overdose makes pollees overly generous to the Turkey-in-Chief.
