Special Rasmussen Pony Update

It's official: Holden gets another pony today! 

It was a landslide:

YES - 18.5 votes
NO - 8 votes

There were some voting irregularities reported, but we are not going to pursue them further at this time.  It is Fitzmas, afterall.  Remember this is a one-time special exemption, so no more ponies until Bush hits 30%, which will probably not be for a week or two.

Yeah - but before, you implied no additional special exemptions before 30. Why should we trust you this time? Are you trying to give Holden some Kevin Kostner fantasy corral? I blame not the ponies nor Holden, but your expansive liberality.
