I AM NOT The Federal Government!

MSNBC: Tom DeLay indicted on criminal conspiracy charges. Details to come...

Update from the AP:

A Texas grand jury on Wednesday charged Rep. Tom DeLay and two political associates with conspiracy in a campaign finance scheme, forcing the House majority leader to temporarily relinquish his post.

Thank you Rep. Louise Slaughter, "Hit 'em With A Chair" award winner, for fighting to keep ethics rules in place that have forced the ethically-challenged, indicted bugman to step down as Majority Leader.  Hopefully he'll never get the job back.
