The DOJ has posted the edited translation of a jihadist manual found in Manchester, England:

To those champions who avowed the truth day and night......Andwrote with their blood and sufferings these phrases...

The British aren't all that happy with DOJ, it would seem. Frankly, I think they're washed up.  I've always argued for transparency in government, even when we're "at war", and I am rather pleased that Justice has decided to release this.

Obviously they hope this will show progress in the struggle against bad guys and maybe even further demonstrate that they are bad guys or whatever.  But really, it's a fascinating read thus far (just skimmed the first few chapters). 

The manual provides insight into how these folks operate.  I was struck almost immediately by how right we "root causers" have been: the manual is entitled DECLARATION OF JIHAD [HOLY WAR] AGAINST THE COUNTRY’S TYRANTS and discusses colonialism and other issues.

I hope somebody smart in the government reads this and does the math.
