Holy Fuck

CNN:

Near simultaneous explosions have rocked London, killing several people and injuring dozens in what UK Prime Minister Tony Blair said was an apparent terror attack coinciding with a meeting of G8 leaders in Scotland.

A series of at least six explosions caused mass panic and brought the London transit system to a halt early Thursday, killing at least two people, police said.

The explosions rocked the city's subway systems and up to three more hit buses in the city, all at the height of rush hour.

No snark, no analysis right now.  Maybe later.

Hey, I can give you some snark: You know all is well when The Freaking Archers come on at 2 p.m. as always.

My husband came close to getting on a tube at one of the bombed stations but he took a cab instead, shortly before the first bombs. He ended up stranded in Surrey.

When I went to pick him up, I was stuck in traffic on the M25. I looked up at an overpass, and there's a flock of sheep crossing over, followed by a man and a dog. I'm not kidding. I didn't have my camera, unfortunately, or I'd have had the perfect Friday Sheep Blogging.
