A Flock Of Seagulls

Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice said today that the question of attacking Iran is "not on the agenda at this point."

"And I really, really mean it," she contined.  "Don't tell anybody, but we just do not have enough troops right now, so there's no way we'll attack any nation, whether they're a paper tiger like Iraq was or are truly a threat like North Korea."  Dr. Rice then turned to British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw and asked if he had any spare troops the US might "borrow" for a while for some "war games somewhere in Persia".  Mr. Straw did a little Hugh Grant double-take, then chuckled quietly.
