Wednesday Catblogging

True to form, Sam enjoys playing with the paper in which the Xmas present grandma gave him was wrapped while said present lies elsewhere, ignored.

What a cute cat!
What was the present, anyway?

AW! I do like stripes on a cat...

My roomies are exhausted from all of the hard work involved in helping to wrap presents: having to decide which box I will use next so they will be in it, checking the length of every roll of wrapping paper, removing tape from their paws.
I now know that there really is a difference between store-bought catnip and the organically grown catnip that a comes from a friend with a small green house and a major green thumb. She wasn't kidding when she said a little goes a long way.

Great picture! Cute kitty too.
No kitty at the Smith house, but my parents have a Jack Russell Terrier who rips open presents every year - always a lot of fun!

Another priceless pic, NTodd. Sam is of course a natural model, but you manage to catch him at just the right moments.
And don't discount the possibility that Grandma knew full well which part of her gift was the real present!

Grandma did have an inkling about Sam's preference in presents, but one can dream, eh?! BTW, that cat's grounded.

Your floor is so CLEAN!

Wile - a catnip bunny. The paper presumably smells of catnip. And I think maybe Sam's afraid of bunnies. Or something.
lea-p - Heh, Stef was just commenting on how dirty it looked. I think she wants me to vacuum.

oh...I guess that tells you something about my uh, er, heh heh "housecleaning" habits (NOT)...heh heh, er, uh, well, remind me to not have you over for dinner anytime soon. Say, why don't we go OUT for dinner instead!
That floor still looks mighty sparkling spotless clean. The only dust kitty I see there is, well, you know.

Since our lifestyle will be changing dramatically very soon, I'd certainly appreciate going OUT.

Ugh...Sam looks an awful lot like Wampum's Max, neh?

MBW - Sam would never tolerate being a pillow. We're *his* pillows! :-)
