I'm beginning to rethink being an Independent. Seems like if I join the majority party, I'll get all sorts of perks.

Sorry, NTodd; you missed your chance. The GOP will not forget your active and public support for Kerry. Neither will the Dems, but unlike the GOP, we won't hold it against you. If you wanted to enjoy all those GOP goodies, you should have thought of that before you put up that link to the Kerry campaign. Elephants have long memories! :)
