Not John Kerry Turkee Thursday
Operating in the shadow of Eschaton is tough. Instead of encouraging you to give to John Kerry on the day Atrios traditionally rings the bell, I'm going to implore my readers to donate to the DNC.
I see the Dems on the whole are starting to act like an actual oppo party. For them to continue their spine-injection process, they need dough. That will also help give President Kerry at least a Democratic Senate, if not a friendlier House. Normally I'm an advocate of split government, but I think we need the Dems completely in charge at least until the 2006 mid-terms to push through an agenda that starts to undo the long-lasting damage BushCo and the GOP thugs in Congress have done to our nation.
So c'mon, folks! Join this Independent and give to the DNC today.

Well, OK, NTodd, but unlike my Kerry fundraising link, which is pointed to your site, my DNC link is pointed to an account of my own. As long as it has the desired result...

Steve - no worries. The result is important, not who "gets credit"!
