For Four Legs Good
Per a suggestion from faithful reader four legs good, some Friday catblogging:

A big thunderstorm, perhaps Sam's first, just rolled through. There was an absolutely huge clap of thunder very very close by, which sent the Action Kitten scurrying for cover under the futon.

[Update: I also posted shots of cracks in a flower pot and a mother and child reunion.]

Remember when there used to be sunshine in Vermont? Those were the days.

The PUBLIC ENQUIRY PROJECT is a new political debate site designed to host debate on substantive matters (free of insults and ungrounded charges) between the candidates and their supporters. There are plenty of Lefty and Righty sites, but this is designed to host serious debate on substantive matters designed to convince undecided voters.

NTodd, I always knew you were a crackpot. That crack, though, is almost Liberty Bell-worthy!
That's a great Sam pic; frankly, I can't get enough of your photos of the rascal. Maybe you should submit that one to a cat calendar, or make your own.

Ya know, I feel so special! a blog entry just for me- I'm famous!!
Sam is cute though. My cat is too old to be frightened by thunder. He's like..."so fucking what?" Really, what's better than a kitten?

The dandelion photo is nice.
What kind of camera did you get? didn't you say you got a new camera?

I always knew you were a crackpot.
I am indeed!
My cat is too old to be frightened by thunder.
Not only is our senior cat not frightened by thunder, she loves being caught outside in thunderstorms. She was yesterday, in fact. Looked like a drowned rat when she finally came inside.
What kind of camera did you get?
I got the Nikon D70, and absolutely love it.
Great pictures!
Thanks, wanda! I love taking them, enjoy sharing them, and am glad that people like them.
